網(wǎng)架安裝 Grid installation

1、安裝前準(zhǔn)備工作 Preparation before installation

檢查網(wǎng)架支座軸線與標(biāo)高、檢查支座混凝土強(qiáng)度、搭設(shè)滿堂紅腳手架并檢查各支點(diǎn)的位置與標(biāo)高、用千斤頂調(diào)整臨時(shí)支點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)架高度。網(wǎng)架支座軸線以及標(biāo)高設(shè)計(jì)要嚴(yán)格按照有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁隨意進(jìn)行；對(duì)于混凝土強(qiáng)度，必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求與國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；搭設(shè)的腳手架要詳細(xì)布置臨時(shí)支點(diǎn)，經(jīng)過計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確得出臨時(shí)支點(diǎn)的位置和數(shù)量；臨時(shí)支點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)架高度必須使用千斤頂嚴(yán)格調(diào)整。

 2、安裝工藝流程 Installation process

（1）具體安裝步驟安裝底部弦桿和底部弦球：每個(gè)安裝球都編號(hào)，根據(jù)固定的底部球數(shù)的數(shù)量確定連接后的底部和弦，與對(duì)角線尺寸測(cè)量和其他結(jié)束的水平，右后焊接。

下弦桿與下弦球的安裝：施工前，將每一個(gè)安裝球?qū)?yīng)一個(gè)編號(hào)，施工的過程中可以根據(jù)編號(hào)對(duì)下弦球進(jìn)行固定以確定中心，然后將下弦球連接下弦桿，測(cè)量方式為對(duì)角尺寸測(cè)量，而且應(yīng)與另一頭作為基準(zhǔn)，確定之后方可進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊。
